Annovera tra i propri clienti MGM, MTV, Cacharel, Lancôme, Daimler-Chysler, Vogue, Dazed and Confused, Studio Voice , Show studio, Centre Pompidou, Musée d'art Moderne, Palais de Tokyo, Wien Kunsthalle, Erwan and Ronan Bouroullec, e il Ministero della Cultura francese.

Wanted Creativity
Workshops and Lectures 2004

We are us: this is the title of the workshop that the Parisian artists Elisabeth Arkhipoff and Laurent Fetis will give at Fabrica, the Benetton Group communications research centre, from June 23rd to 25th 2004.
The aim of the three day workshop is exciting and ambitious: the two artists will ask Fabrica young grant holders to "invent" a hypothetical band. Like in an imaginary marketing job, the students will have to take care of its identity, of the name, logo, make up, outfit, poster, record covers, video and then conceive the tour of the band.

Elisabeth Arkhipoff was born in 1973 and currently lives and works in Paris. Her work embraces music, painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and video in multimedia installations exploring the functioning of identity groups such as New Agers, hippies, teenagers, rockers, pop fans, and fashion addicts. Among various collaborations with other creators, like Laurent Fetis, she has directed her first video (Dj Mehdi) featuring American graffiti artist Futura 2000 and has created fashion stories for magazines such as Vogue. She has had work exhibited in the Paris Museum of Modern Art, the Rooseum-Center of Contemporary Art, Malmö, Sweden and Gallery Rocket, Tokyo. Her works have been featured in several catalogues and magazines including Frieze, Süddeutsche Zeitung, Idea, Zoo, Dazed & Confused and Studio Voice. www.romanticsurf.com

Laurent Fetis founded his own studio in 1999 while still studying at the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs, Paris. His clients include MGM, MTV, Cacharel, Lancôme, Daimler-Chysler, Vogue, Dazed and Confused, Studio Voice, Show studio, Centre Pompidou, Musée d'art Moderne, Palais de Tokyo, Wien Kunsthalle, Erwan and Ronan Bouroullec and the French Ministry of Culture. He has collaborated with musicians like Beck, Mellow, DJ Hell, Tahiti 80 and has supervised the graphic design of Roman Coppola's movie C.Q. His work has been exhibited in several significant venues including: Centre Pompidou, Paris; Bibliothèque Nationale, Paris; Gallery Kreo, Paris; Transmission Gallery, Glasgow; Melbourne Fashion Festival. www.laurentfetis.com
